Even before the Covid-19 pandemic, telehealth was being investigated as a method of service provision in a variety of health care professions. Pilot programs have been conducted with Physical Therapy in a variety of settings with very positive outcomes. As the profession navigated the pandemic, we discovered the benefits, usefulness, and limitations of providing service over telehealth platforms. This seminar will cover basic legal requirements, best practices and some tips and tricks for using telehealth as a method of service provision in Pediatric Physical Therapy.
